Solution
A self-hosted Next.js app gives customers a public landing page with online booking and a WhatsApp booking flow, plus email OTP to view and cancel appointments. Staff get an admin dashboard with calendar, employees, services, customers, and call logs. An AI voice agent answers calls and books appointments, and cron jobs send 24h and 2h reminders via WhatsApp and email.

Self-hosted on Hetzner (hetznerprod) as a Docker container behind Cloudflare, with self-hosted Supabase auth and a dedicated PostgreSQL database. WhatsApp and voice via Twilio, email via Resend. systemd timers handle reminder cron jobs and database backups.
Outlook
Harden the Twilio WhatsApp template and token setup, expand the voice agent flows, and package the booking system so it can be reused for other local salons and service businesses.
